Phil, also an ex-stockbroker, launched the Noosa conference in 2011 and it continues to grow and develop each year under his guidance. Phil has an extensive network of contacts and relationships in the stockbroking, investing and mining industries throughout Australia.

Conference Manager
Des has extensive experience in government communication and media relations. During a 30-year career, Des held leadership roles in six State Government agencies and helped organize initiatives such as the inaugural Queensland Masters Games.
